Job Description
Incubation Manager leading the launch of new business lines for Jerry.ai, America's first super app for car ownership. Focused on product development and team building in the automotive tech sector.
Responsibilities:
- own the "0-to-1" incubation of new business lines
- conduct customer research, write product specs, feature roadmapping
- use Figma and Codex/Claude to build prototypes
- build out different phases of a new business line and successfully launch new products
- responsible for hiring and building a team for the new business line
Requirements:
- 2+ years of post-MBA experience (or equivalent) at a top-tier firm
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking or a high-growth startup environment
- comfortable running complex data analysis
- track record of taking ambiguous problems and turning them into results
- comfortable interacting with executives daily
- think in systems and first principles
