Job Description
Senior Business Operations Project Manager driving optimization across sales, delivery, and operations. Collaborating with the Chief Operations Officer to manage major company initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive key business functions, optimizing projects across the organization;
- Support the Chief Operations Officer in optimizing priority company projects;
- Manage major initiatives across the company, including organizational structure and initiatives;
- Establish standard templates and communication channels to facilitate campaign lifecycle;
- Organize reporting and metrics across the company;
- Optimize processes and programs for each organization;
- Step into peopleops functions to help optimize employee experience and drive recruiting forward.
Requirements:
- Bias for action in balance with an ability to bring stakeholder along;
- Sense for when done is better than perfect;
- Ability to modulate between tactical and strategic, understanding when to slow down and when to move faster;
- Demonstrated experience driving action and alignment from ambiguity;
- An ever-growing set of tools for getting tasks done faster and smarter with AI and Automation;
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Have either human resources experience, consulting and contractor management experience, or project management experience
- Admin experience with 1-2 relevant time/project tracking systems; and
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and identify better solutions.
