Job Description
Analista de Sistemas de Negócio SR conectando necessidades de negócio e engenharia. Desenvolvendo soluções de crédito para Pessoa Jurídica no Sicredi, instituição financeira cooperativa.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Software Engineering team focused on business lending solutions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of systems that enable lending solutions for cooperative branches
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, taking an end-to-end product perspective
- Monitor system performance through analysis and validation
- Understand needs and requirements using Agile principles, including user story writing, Scrum, and Lean Inception
- Facilitate the development process by connecting business needs with the software engineering team
- Manage the systems backlog and conduct refinement sessions
- Develop roadmaps and support prioritization efforts
- Support architecture and software engineering decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Knowledge of technologies, techniques, and methodologies for systems analysis and requirements management
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge of estimation tools
- Systems-level and strategic thinking
- Ability to structure and systematize complex problems
- Experience managing systems backlogs and conducting refinement sessions
- Knowledge of roadmap development and prioritization techniques
- Technical knowledge to support architecture decisions
- Technical knowledge to support software engineering decisions
- Basic knowledge of databases and data query structures (SQL)
- Knowledge of the financial market and applicable regulations (a plus)
- Knowledge of lending products (a plus)
- Knowledge of UX and Design Thinking techniques (a plus)
- Knowledge of software development and architecture patterns (a plus)
