Job Description
Agency Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant II at Allstate, an insurance provider. Analyzing sales operations, redesigning processes, and advising enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and help develop the strategic design, planning, and implementation of sales programs and processes
- Analyze business practices and goals and lead process redesign efforts
- Provide consultation, project leadership, and subject matter expertise across enterprise initiatives
- Analyze current business goals and direction and ensure practices align with objectives
- Analyze economic data related to moderately complex programs, projects, and processes and provide action alternatives
- Make strategic suggestions to improve practices and increase performance
- Develop effective relationships with sales, field, and cross-functional leadership to drive results
- Lead development and design of new plans, programs, and processes up to moderate complexity
- Evaluate practices and develop solutions to improve efficiencies and increase production
- Develop communication strategies and materials supporting new plans, programs, or processes
- Recommend solutions for market-specific implications of business strategies
- Monitor market trends and help the business adjust to changing conditions affecting goals and production
Requirements:
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Insurance business acumen (Preferred)
- Ability to manage projects
- Ability to analyze data (Preferred)
- Strategic thinking
- Problem solving
- Story telling with data
- Consultative/collaboration skills
- Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
- Appropriate desk and seating when working from home
- Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
- Background investigation required
