Job Description
Corporate Paralegal managing contracts, litigation support, and compliance for Jorie AI, a healthcare RCM and AI automation company. Coordinating outside counsel and maintaining audit-ready legal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer, vendor, and partner contracts throughout the contract lifecycle
- Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, execution, and renewals
- Support active litigation matters and serve as the liaison with outside counsel
- Maintain legal files, corporate records, and contract repositories
- Track legal deadlines, compliance requirements, and risk-related activities
- Assist with subpoenas, audits, legal requests, and document production
- Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on legal matters
- Ensure contracts are managed efficiently and accurately
- Organize, track, and proactively coordinate legal matters
- Effectively manage outside counsel relationships
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into legal risks and obligations
- Keep legal and compliance documentation current and audit-ready
Requirements:
- 8+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contracts administration, or related experience
- Experience with contract management and litigation support
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Healthcare, RCM, or technology industry experience preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
