Job Description
Senior Creative Producer leading video, podcast, and campaign production for Advanced Systems Group, a media technology and operations supplier. Managing creative strategy, sets, budgets, post-production, and client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Refine scripts and project briefs with clients and help define authentic stories for video and podcasts.
- Direct camera crews, talent, voice actors, and creatives in studio and on location.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics while maintaining creative quality.
- Oversee location scouting, gear selection, crew hiring, and vendor selection.
- Guide editors and designers with creative feedback using Frame.io and Iconik.
- Foster client partnerships and collaborate with publishing and social teams to maximize project reach.
- Develop production staff, shape workflows, and mentor junior talent.
- Lead the full creative and production process from concept through launch for video series, campaigns, and podcasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years producing high-budget, high-profile media projects.
- Hands-on podcast production expertise, including scripting, casting, and audio workflows.
- Mastery of Frame.io, Iconik (MAM), Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and teleprompter software.
- Proven success managing client relationships and building outstanding production partnerships.
- Authority and poise on set, with deep technical chops across all production phases.
- Experience balancing budgets, resources, and dynamic timelines without sacrificing creativity.
- Strong narrative instinct, especially for podcast and audio storytelling.
- Adept at troubleshooting, quick decision-making, and driving results in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
