Job Description
Senior Game Producer launching RNG, crash, instant-win, and virtual sports games for Oddin.gg’s esports betting platform. Owning design, certification, distribution, and live operations.
Responsibilities:
- Turn working prototypes into live, high-earning games across regulated and crypto operators
- Build complete Game Design Documents covering core loops, odds, UI, art, and audio
- Align with mathematicians on house edge, volatility, and simulations
- Manage RNG certifications including GLI-19, BMM, and eCOGRA
- Manage platform distribution
- Lead post-launch live operations based on GGR and margin data
- Use Claude, Codex, and Gemini to accelerate specifications, math modeling, and prototyping
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in iGaming
- Proven track record shipping live titles
- Fluency in instant-win, virtual sports, or fixed-odds formats over traditional slots
- Ability to dissect payout distributions
- Ability to hold technical conversations on settlement logic
- Ability to identify broken economics
- Active use of AI tools with specific daily workflows to share
- Experience with provably fair mechanics or crypto casino launches (bonus points)
- Live certified titles in MGA, UKGC, Ontario, or Curaçao (bonus points)
- Prior experience with aggregators SoftSwiss, Hub88, or Fusion (bonus points)
