Job Description

Senior Incentive Customer Service Representative delivering program implementation and administrative services for Oregon based non-profit. Involves customer interaction and database management tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client
  • Speak with customers and contractors through both phone and email on a variety of topics which may include residential, commercial, and renewable inquiries
  • Enter and maintain various database(s)
  • Review contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures
  • Communicate and properly direct customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data
  • Provide expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
