Job Description
Delivery Manager overseeing technology teams and project deliveries in agile environments. Leading multidisciplinary squads to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point between technical teams, stakeholders and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the expected quality.
- Coordinate agile squads, ensuring alignment with product and business strategy.
- Manage the planning, execution and monitoring of deliveries, with a focus on performance and risk mitigation.
- Track delivery and productivity metrics (e.g., lead time, throughput, SLA, burndown, etc.).
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective) and remove impediments for the team.
- Support the team in backlog prioritization together with the Product Owner and Tech Lead.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Agile Coach or similar.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Analytical capability, hands-on attitude and result-oriented focus.
- Strong communication, expectation management and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
