Job Description
Senior Director of property management overseeing a portfolio in Hong Kong. Leading teams and securing new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to administer a property portfolio of over 30 buildings to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients and tenants
- Prepare the proposal for new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- At least 15 years’ experience in property management industry
- Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred
- Professional membership of HKIH, MCIH, CIH would be definitely an advantage
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
