Job Description
Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Stanley Black & Decker, guiding marketing initiatives and cultivating partnerships for growth. Managing teams and executing go-to-market strategies with an emphasis on user value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the strategic vision and direction of marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute go to market strategies that support the growth goals of DEWALT
- Ensure strategies are grounded in user value creation and market needs
- Prioritize cross-product and cross-functional marketing initiatives for maximum impact
- Consult with product and business leaders on key marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for marketing effectiveness
- Prepare and deliver strategic marketing plans and regular updates to SBD leadership
- Manage go-to-market team responsible for content, campaigns and events
- Lead quarterly planning sessions to align team objectives with annual goals
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Oversee planning and execution of trade shows and events
- Plan and maintain budget and track spending against that budget
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that advance marketing and business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with technology solutions supporting the construction industry required
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in software product management and customer-facing commercialization highly preferred
