Job Description
Sr. Director leading strategic initiatives in Supply Chain to optimize distribution network design and efficiency. Overseeing SOPHUS platform development and improving operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) by leveraging advanced analytics and optimizing operational design
- Oversee the development of the SOPHUS network design platform
- Lead the design strategy and end-to-end build of SOPHUS
- Lead the development to build robust business cases for proposed network changes
- Lead the operations strategy for the review, introduction and scaling of technologies that improve quality and efficiency across sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Understanding of network design and multi-site networks
- Project planning
- WMS systems
- Analytics and dashboard creation
- Ability to lead teams, influence decisions, analyze data, prioritize projects and communicate complex network topics
