Job Description
Vendor supply chain consultant managing federal procurement, logistics, vendor relationships, and BOMs. Supporting Accenture Federal Services’ technology-driven US federal government missions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze organizations and design processes and systems, assessing business models and technology integration
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state and/or business solutions
- Research, gather, and synthesize information
- Manage direct vendor relationships for the program
- Oversee purchasing needs from a logistics and supply chain perspective
- Direct the Shared PMO team on Purchase Orders and Change Requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain the project Bill of Materials (BOM) with precision
- Coordinate technical solution changes with the client and subcontracted Lab partners
- Ensure alignment across all parties
Requirements:
- Experience supporting procurement/supply chain operations in a federal environment
- Experience managing direct vendor relationships
- Experience overseeing purchasing activities within logistics and supply chain environments
- Secret clearance
- Work authorization in the US that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
