Job Description

Senior Director TechOps Transformation & PMO leading global program management for Technical Operations at Fresenius. Managing cross-functional projects and supporting strategic initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global TechOps PMO with clear governance, transparent reporting, and consistent program standards
  • Maintain oversight of all strategic TechOps initiatives and ensure cohesive, cross‑functional execution
  • Manage the global Network Strategy program (site ramp‑ups/ramp‑downs, transitions, consolidations) and coordinate Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality
  • Drive the TechOps transformation roadmap - capability building, process optimization, organizational development - with structured alignment across global and regional teams
  • Oversee strategic cross‑site projects (e.g., Automation, Material Transformation) from a program perspective, managing risks, dependencies, and resources
  • Align with PMO leads in R&D and Quality on timelines, risks, and decision requirements for cross‑functional programs
  • Prepare program insights, risk assessments, and decision proposals for the SVP Technical Operations; ensure consistent executive communication and governance

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in global program management, transformation, or PMO leadership
  • Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering operations
  • Proven track record managing large, cross‑functional programs and interfacing with senior leadership
  • Expertise with program/portfolio tools (e.g., advanced dashboards, PM standards) and continuous‑improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma) is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority in a global matrix
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
