Job Description
Senior Event Analyst in a fintech responsible for managing event budgets and brand activations. Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure excellence in event execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the available event budget with a focus on brand positioning
- Develop strategies and define tailored activations for each event
- Map the journey of all stakeholders and ensure its execution
- Manage end-to-end event operations
- Define hiring needs and manage vendors/suppliers
- Align with all involved teams, communicating updates, opportunities, and strategies to maximize results
- Set objectives and KPIs for each event
- Monitor reports and metrics and manage data and outcomes
- Ensure sponsorship strategy execution, aligning activities with the commercial team
- Plan strategic curation and content alignment
- Must be available to travel
Requirements:
- Advanced English required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Events, or related fields
- Previous experience managing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, brand activations, or branding projects
- Experience in event curation, managing large activations, and working with speakers
- Knowledge of budget management, vendor negotiation, and cost control
- Experience in strategic event planning and project management
