Job Description
Senior Specialist Financial Analyst at Cencora involved in financial reporting, KPI preparation, and budget analyses. Leveraging skills in Excel, Power BI, and data management for effective decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Set up of monthly management reportings and preparation of KPI, plan/actual comparison and ad hoc analyses for management purposes
- Preparation of monthly actual-to-budget- to- estimate analyses for management purposes and reporting
- Contribute to annual budget preparation, including data uploads, reconciliations, and phasing reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy including month closure and resolve errors in large datasets
- Create reports with the help of database queries, convert data and administrate the corresponding databases.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models using advanced Excel tools, PBI
- Address ad-hoc tasks and inquiries
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant
- At least 1-5 years of relevant experience in an international environment
- Exceptional analytical skills and excellent Excel modelling knowledge
- Knowledge on PowerBI, Power query and SQL
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including individuals outside of the finance function, across multiple time zones with a clear communication style
- Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements
- High standards for the quality of your own work results
- Agile thinker and a team player
- Fluent in English
- Proactive, solution-oriented problem solver
