Job Description
Senior Growth Analyst driving analytics, experimentation, and monetization for Readdle’s Calendars product. Turning user journey data into growth opportunities for Apple productivity experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude to identify product and growth opportunities, trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain self-serve reports and establish a source of truth for growth metrics
- Define, document, and QA event structures for features, campaigns, and experiments
- Build a monetization measurement system supporting pricing and migration decisions
- Analyze user funnels across ads, stores, onboarding, in-app usage, purchases, and cancellations
- Design, sequence, and monitor A/B experiments and feature launches
- Validate experiment results with statistical rigor and track long-term impact
- Surface insights, hypotheses, and growth opportunities to marketing and product teams
- Contribute to quarterly prioritization and roadmap decisions using data and impact scenarios
- Build forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue
- Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines through QA processes
- Work with measurement vendors to track attribution and optimize acquisition reporting
Requirements:
- 4+ years in growth, product, or marketing analytics in a B2C or SaaS environment
- Experience with user acquisition, pricing, monetization, and/or migration initiatives in subscription-based products
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses such as Redshift or Snowflake
- Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or similar tools for reporting and complex data visualization
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Hotjar, or PostHog
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Solid understanding of product analytics, marketing analytics, statistics, experimentation, segmentation, churn modeling, and LTV modeling
- Proven ability to design self-serve dashboards and act as a strategic thought partner to PM/PMM teams
- Solid business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Experience with ML or time-series inference is a strong plus
- Advanced analytics experience such as causal inference, quasi-experiments, linear programming, or econometrics is highly advantageous
