Job Description
Growth Marketer at BitterBrains focusing on product marketing and revenue generation through acquisition. Leading marketing functions and collaborating closely with leadership teams in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own growth and product marketing end-to-end, with a primary focus on Unlearn.dev
- Driving acquisition, activation, and revenue, while shaping product positioning, launches, and pricing
- Execute across email, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- Continuously improving performance across the entire funnel
- Responsible for scaling B2C revenue further and invest in B2B growth
- Work directly with the leadership team and CEO
- Shape strategy and make high-impact decisions
- Lead and execute 360 marketing functions with autonomy
- Ensure measurable outcomes at every stage
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth/product marketing (SaaS/tech/ed-tech)
- Master level email + lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven ownership of revenue or growth
- Experience with product launches
- Solid analytics skills (attribution, CRO, product analytics)
- Talent for high-converting copy across email and webpages
- Excellent async communication (Slack, Notion, Loom)
- Nice: dev audience, SEO, edtech
