Job Description
Seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to configure and implement logistics SaaS solutions. Work closely with customers for successful software implementation and client training.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate existing relationships with customers
- Work with our customers to understand their business processes, and translate them into functional requirements
- Configure and implement our logistics solution per each client’s requirements
- Gather and document 3rd party integration requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and design solutions tailored to their complex business needs
- Provide training and onboarding instructions to our clients
- Ensure adherence to a structured software development life-cycle
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Experience implementing complex software solutions such as ERP or TMS
- Experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain industries is a strong asset
- Knowledge of how databases and web services work
- University degree in engineering is an asset
- Perfect communication skills in English, both written and oral
