Job Description
Senior Implementation Services Manager ensuring effective onboarding experience for new clients at LawVu. Leading project planning and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced legal tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective and enjoyable onboarding experience for new clients
- Responsible for the initiation, progression and completion of all project planning aspects
- Work with key stakeholders for smooth client transition
- Plan the implementation with LawVu department leads and the client
- Utilise project planning tools, such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards to communicate project outcomes
- Assess, confirm, and track stakeholder responsibilities and project communications
- Liaise with LawVu teams to ensure smooth delivery of project goals
- Understand clients' objectives and requirements
- Set up new client accounts and configuration as required
- Feedback end-user experiences to product team and customer success
- Handoff implemented customers to Customer Success Management
Requirements:
- 5 + years previous experience in a senior project or change management role
- Expert knowledge and understanding of the legal industry
- Strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
