Job Description
Senior Influencer Marketing Coordinator managing creator outreach and campaign execution for global marketing agency AWISEE. Ensures campaign targets are met by supporting cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Scout and identify creators across multiple regions to build and maintain a high-quality talent pool for active and upcoming campaigns.
- Conduct outreach and build long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
- Support negotiations with creators, including rates, deliverables, and timelines, under guidance from the Team Lead.
- Quality-check influencer lists before they are shared with clients to ensure relevance, accuracy, and campaign fit.
- Maintain and update CRM/databases with influencer data, including rates, availability, performance notes, and content guidelines.
- Support the Influencer Marketing Team Lead and Campaign Managers in ensuring campaign KPIs, timelines, and creator targets are met.
- Track influencer performance and provide insights on creator suitability for different clients and projects.
- Assist with follow-ups, confirmations, and coordination to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent standards across influencer sourcing and outreach workflows.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience working at an influencer marketing agency (brand-side experience alone is not sufficient).
- Strong hands-on experience in creator scouting, outreach, negotiations, and influencer list preparation.
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing operations and campaign workflows.
- Experience supporting multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable QA-ing work before client delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
