Job Description
Senior Integration Engineer designing, implementing, and supporting integrations at Parexel. Leveraging enterprise integration technologies and workload automation tools in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support APIs, integrations, and data flows using modern integration platforms (e.g., API gateways, ESBs, iPaaS)
- Apply established integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event‑driven, pub/sub, file‑based, batch) and enterprise design standards
- Develop and maintain API specifications and integration documentation
- Implement error handling, logging, observability, and integration‑level SLAs
- Stay current with integration platform capabilities and best practices
- Configure, administer, and optimize enterprise workload automation tools (e.g., Control‑M, Airflow, Autosys, UC4)
- Build and maintain job flows, dependencies, calendars, and automated schedules
- Migrate existing job chains from legacy or on‑prem systems into modern scheduling platforms
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of integration engineering experience using enterprise integration technologies
- Experience designing and operating APIs and integrations at scale
- Experience supporting or administering job scheduling/workload automation solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering high‑quality, secure, and reliable services
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
