Job Description
Integrations Senior Manager leading technical integrations for the B2B fintech platform Simetrik. Managing integration projects across LATAM and India while ensuring operational excellence and customer value realization.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the team responsible for building and managing all technical integrations between Simetrik and enterprise customers.
- Own the complete end-to-end integration lifecycle, critical for accelerating customer time-to-value and driving operational efficiency.
- Manage a 17-person integration cell across LATAM and India.
- Lead complex technical discussions with both internal teams and external customers.
- Analyze problems and proactively restructure workstreams to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product/Engineering and the Implementations Team to elevate the integration model from operational-heavy to efficiency-led.
- Redesign workflows to ensure all integrations adhere to security, compliance, and standard delivery methodologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, implementation engineering, or service delivery for enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated strength in technical troubleshooting and complex problem-solving.
- Experience delivering integrations within the payments ecosystem (including processors, acquirers, aggregators, card networks, and banking APIs).
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable execution plans.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, capable of guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to dive deep, ask insightful questions, and rapidly decompose complex problems.
- Comfort leading operational transformation in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven success in directly managing, mentoring, and developing a team of technical professionals in a multi-geo setting.
- Trilingual proficiency: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
