Job Description
Americas Stethoscope Business Manager driving sales growth in US, Canada & LATAM. Leading marketing initiatives to engage healthcare professionals and manage teams for achieving regional goals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving the US, Canada & Latin America regional operating plan and deliver annual sales growth and gross margin.
- Lead 3M™Littmann® Stethoscope sales and key account managers to achiever territory goals
- Deliver marketing programs that drive increased engagement with students, universities, clinicians and distribution channel
- Drive change management and transform the business model from a subsidiary based model to a centralized area business model
- Establish infrastructure to support area channel programs and pricing
- Commercialize the entire Littmann portfolio within the area and supported by all channel partners
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operations for the area to meet customer needs
- Partner with local digital marketing teams and global business team to execute Littmann digital strategy
- Provide insight to global portfolio and segment marketers to create future strategic plans.
- Identify new sales opportunities to achieve financial objectives.
- Manage team including but not limited to Americas sales team and channel marketers
- Interact with key customers to achieve mutual business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- 8 years of sales, marketing and business leadership in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Prior experience managing directly or indirectly sales teams, key account managers and marketers
- Current, Valid Driver’s license
- MBA or Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Consumer and/or eCommerce sales experience preferred
- Healthcare marketing experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and team management skills
- Experience with consumer insights
- Experience planning market insight plans
- Experience negotiating contracts
