Job Description

Senior Analyst responsible for managing IT infrastructure automation at Serasa Experian. Collaborating with global teams and supporting critical workflows management using Control-M.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administering, configuring, monitoring and optimizing Serasa Experian's workload automation environment;
  • Act as a technical reference, ensuring reliable execution of critical workflows and supporting development, infrastructure and operations teams in implementing and maintaining Control‑M jobs;
  • Understand the technological landscape of our internal clients and propose solution designs compatible with our tools, security rules and compliance requirements;
  • Keep our production environment operational and aligned with the product roadmap;
  • Administer the Control‑M environment, including installation, upgrades, patching and advanced troubleshooting;
  • Create, configure and maintain job flows (workflows), ensuring standardization, performance and governance;
  • Monitor daily routines, handle failures and incidents, and ensure SLA compliance;
  • Develop integrations using Control‑M and file transfer solutions;
  • Document procedures, standards, operational policies and best practices;
  • Perform capacity, performance and workload optimization analyses;
  • Participate in digital transformation projects related to process automation;
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents, problems and changes;
  • Ensure security, compliance and access management within the Control‑M environment;
  • Ensure the operation of tools under our responsibility, such as BMC Control‑M, IBM Connect:Direct and Axway SecureTransport;
  • Identify opportunities for process automation;
  • Keep our technology stack updated by applying security fixes, versioning, updates and addressing vulnerabilities;
  • Implement integration standards for file exchange between on‑premises and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.);
  • Ensure that the applications under your responsibility comply with Experian's security policies;
  • Monitor our environments to identify opportunities for performance and availability improvements;
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on the Control‑M infrastructure and other automation tools;
  • Serve as the technical focal point in projects and audits involving our environments and ensure we follow recommended standards.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English for conversation (participation in meetings with the Global team), reading manuals, opening technical support tickets and exchanging emails;
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field;
  • Knowledge of BMC Control‑M (Administration and Operation);
  • Proficiency in scripting (Shell Script, PowerShell, Python or similar);
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Server;
  • Experience with ITIL practices (Incident, Change and Problem Management);
  • Desired: Knowledge of Airflow;
  • Knowledge of Control‑M Enterprise Manager, Control‑M Server and Control‑M/Agent;
  • Experience creating, maintaining and troubleshooting complex workflows;
  • Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and use of the Control‑M Automation API;
  • Basic knowledge of networks, protocols and file transfers (SFTP);
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Control‑M SaaS;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins);
  • Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog);
  • Previous experience in critical (24x7) operations and high availability environments;
  • Experience with file transfer tools such as IBM Connect:Direct.
