Job Description
Senior Manager of Client Audit at CVS Health coordinating CMS financial audits and collaborating with various stakeholders. Resolving audit exceptions related to pharmacy practices while seeking process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support CMS 1/3 Financial Audits
- Coordinate and manage audit activities for health plan clients
- Work with CMS auditors, health plans, internal teams, and legal partners to ensure audits are completed smoothly
- Resolve audit exceptions—especially those related to rebates, DIR, and pharmacy contract testing
- Identify process improvements to prevent future issues
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in audit, project management, or financial management
- Strong understanding of pharmacy rebates
- Curiosity and willingness to take on new challenges
- Critical thinking with the ability to turn insights into action
- Flexibility and comfort with change
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all leadership levels
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (preferred)
- PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
