Job Description

Commissioning Manager overseeing commissioning processes for data center infrastructure at Colovore. Leading operational readiness and collaboration between design, construction, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules across MEP and IT systems
  • Define and oversee testing protocols, including factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated systems testing (IST)
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, OEM vendors, and third-party commissioning agents
  • Lead end-to-end testing of critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, life safety, and controls
  • Validate uptime and reliability standards (e.g., Tier III/Tier IV, where applicable)
  • Maintain all commissioning documentation, including test scripts, results, and issue logs
  • Track and manage deficiencies (punch list items) through resolution

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in commissioning, construction, or operations within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similar environments
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning electrical and mechanical systems at scale
  • Experience working with OEM vendors, contractors, and third-party commissioning agents
  • Familiarity with redundancy standards (N, N+1, 2N) and uptime requirements
  • Experience with BMS/SCADA systems and integrated controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
