Job Description
Manage title clearance team at World Business Lenders, a company providing real estate-backed loans. Oversee operations, training, compliance, and team development in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
- Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
- Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
- Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
- Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency.
- At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role.
- Experience in title insurance and lending services.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CSC, NETRO, and corporate document review.
