Job Description
Assistant Stormwater Response Manager handling stormwater-related requests for national commercial clients. Collaborating with internal and external resources to resolve stormwater issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for addressing and managing stormwater-related requests from national commercial clients.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet client expectations and resolve stormwater issues.
- Efficient management of initial assessment, solution identification, estimating solution cost, scheduling work, completion of approved scopes of work and final work completion reporting on post construction stormwater repair projects.
- Interacting with a variety of online databases and reporting systems.
- Estimating minor stormwater rapid response efforts.
- Some weekend work will be required.
Requirements:
- B.S. degree is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of stormwater systems and best management practices (BMPs).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a given time.
- Strong understanding of stormwater systems and BMPs.
- Familiarity with estimating practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed while coordinating or providing an immediate response to client needs.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
