Job Description
Senior Manager for Enrollment Marketing at Visana Health, driving membership conversion in women’s health. Managing B2B2C campaigns with a focus on client collaboration and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Member Enrollment Campaigns (Strategy & Planning)
- Own enrollment marketing strategy for assigned health plan and employer accounts.
- Build campaign calendars aligned to open enrollment and year-round engagement moments.
- Align campaign priorities to meet client goals and Visana growth targets.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, webinars, events, and employer toolkits.
- Lead webinar strategy to drive strong promotion and high attendance/engagement.
- Own employer toolkit strategy and partner with Client Success to drive year-round employer adoption.
- Write and refine member-facing copy; partner with design to deliver high-quality creative.
- Lead client-facing marketing planning meetings and working sessions; translate goals into clear campaign plans and deliverables.
- Manage ongoing stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on timelines, approvals, and performance.
- Balance customization requests with scalable marketing frameworks, recommending solutions that protect quality, efficiency, and speed.
- Partner closely with Client Success to ensure marketing execution supports retention, renewal, and account health.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with design, copy, and operations to deliver polished, on-time client-ready assets.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for health plan marketing teams, leading broad + claims-based member outreach strategy.
- Provide strategic enrollment marketing guidance for SMB and jumbo employer accounts, supporting high-impact planning and positioning discussions.
- Partner with Analytics/Data to define success metrics, interpret performance insights, and translate results into strategic recommendations.
- Maintain and evolve Visana’s B2B2C enrollment marketing playbook; act as a go-to resource for Client Success and internal teams.
- Track enrollment campaign performance and full-funnel conversion (enrollment → scheduled → completed → retained).
- Translate results into clear client or campaign recommendations, testing ideas, and ongoing optimizations to improve ROI.
- Partner with Sales and Implementation during pre-sale and launch planning to embed marketing strategy, deliverables, and commitments into client agreements and implementation plans.
- Build and refine scalable templates, workflows, and best practices that increase quality and speed across accounts.
- Stay current on AI trends and emerging tools; identify practical use cases to improve speed, quality, and consistency across Enrollment Marketing.
- Manage and mentor one direct report to start.
- Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and create an environment where great work ships fast and keeps getting better.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, enrollment marketing, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in healthcare, health plans, employers, or the benefits ecosystem).
- Proven success driving measurable enrollment outcomes through multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to confidently partner with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate healthcare topics into clear, motivating member-facing messaging.
- Strong creative sensibility and an eye for design and brand consistency.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and comfort using data to make decisions (experience with Mixpanel, Lightdash, or similar tools like Looker preferred).
- Strong understanding of funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and the connection between enrollment marketing and revenue outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.
- People leadership experience or readiness to manage and mentor a direct report.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and skill in self-development, including using AI tools to scale growth and operations.
