Job Description
Senior Manager, Growth Marketing at a fast-growing vertical SaaS company, leading strategies for US clients. Managing teams and client relationships to drive performance and growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own the growth strategy for each of our practices in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
- You'll co-develop the plan for new practice onboarding and the ongoing roadmap for existing accounts.
- That includes channel mix, budget allocation, growth targets, and the sequencing of what gets built first.
- Across PPC, SEO, and email, you'll build playbooks, set the KPIs, and hold the team to them.
- You'll manage client relationships at the senior level.
- You'll lead strategic reviews, present results, and handle escalations.
- You'll lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across the three channels.
- You'll coach them, raise the bar on craft, run reviews, and make the case for hiring as our business grows.
- You'll define what good looks like at the account level and the agency level. CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, retention. You'll own the story behind the numbers.
- Nothing will ship under your name that you wouldn't be comfortable defending in a practice meeting.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally a mix of agency and in-house experience.
- Healthcare wellness, beauty or aesthetic adjacent industry experience.
- Direct, hands-on expertise across all three channels. You've personally built campaigns, written briefs, debugged tracking, and shipped email programs that moved revenue.
- Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4. You've configured conversions, debugged attribution, and made bid strategy decisions backed by data.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team. You give clear feedback, you protect your people from churn, and you know how to coach and develop.
- You can sit in a room with a Head of Marketing and a surgeon, hold your own on the plan, and turn the conversation into a clear path forward for your team.
- You can sit across from a surgeon, explain what's working and what isn't in plain language, and walk out with alignment on the next move.
- Native-level English fluency (written and verbal) is required for this role; as part of the application process, candidates must submit a short video introduction demonstrating their communication style — submissions that do not include a video will not be considered.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent advertising constraints and the editorial sensitivity required for aesthetic and surgical content.
- Nice to have: Experience working with global teams and clients.
- Nice to have: Experience supporting automation builds to create products for teams.
Benefits:
- Every employee receives equity, aligning us all in our shared success.
- Promotions and growth opportunities are limitless, driven only by your performance and dedication to our core principles.
- We do what is best for the company, not what is best for individuals of the company.
- We always share relevant information and admit our mistakes freely and openly.
- Candid communication and a solution-oriented mindset is rewarded.
- We innovate by finding the right problems, then solving them.
- We incentivize efficient results & people over process and focus only on the work that creates the most value for our stakeholders.
- We are quietly confident and openly humble, being tenacious in our quest to perform and inspire others with our thirst for excellence.
- We do not bow up and knock down—we care about our teammates and treat all of them with respect, regardless of their level within the company.
- We are steadfast in our pursuit to better our company, our colleagues, and ourselves.
- Accommodations for disabilities are available upon request throughout the recruitment process.
