Job Description
Senior Manager of Partner Success responsible for managing partnerships and a team at Sophia. Focused on growth, engagement, and coaching within the Partnerships team.
Responsibilities:
- manage a team of Partner Success Managers and Associates
- create and introduce new strategic initiative ideas
- manage the launch process for new partners
- coaching a team of Partner Success Managers/Associates
- develop relationships directly with universities
- lead, coach, and own the professional development of a team
- manage complex escalations from partners and internal teams
- monitor partner health and utilize data to provide value
Requirements:
- 6+ years managing clients (e.g. Client Success OR Partner Success OR Account Management OR Engagement Manager)
- Experience in the Higher Education industry required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise.
