Job Description
Senior project controls manager overseeing portfolio delivery, governance, and client advisory services. Leading teams and controls strategy for Cushman & Wakefield's project and development services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery
- Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures
- Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders
- Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff
- Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models
- Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
- Thirteen or more years of related experience
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area
- Advanced project controls skills
- Expertise in client relations, client management and consulting
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Expertise using cost and schedule management software
- Experience within one or more of the following industries: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Master's degree preferred
- Certification preferred
