Job Description
Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Qualfon, leading universal recruiters for global growth strategies. Focused on developing talent acquisition plans and practices worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of globally-focused Recruiters responsible for hiring across all geographical locations
- Serve as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to Business Leaders across all sites, providing strategic guidance and market insights
- Develop comprehensive global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business plans to attract top industry talent across all regions
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers worldwide to understand hiring goals and create effective recruitment plans
- Design and implement scalable recruiting models to forecast current and future talent needs across the organization
- Manage efficient, full-cycle recruiting operations supporting rapid growth across multiple geographies and business units
- Stay at the forefront of global recruiting trends, innovations, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage in talent acquisition
- Provide data-driven insights and regular reporting to stakeholders on recruiting funnel effectiveness, recommending optimization strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing and Employer Branding teams to enhance Qualfon's global employment brand
- Implement, optimize, and maximize ROI on ATS platforms and recruiting technologies to improve team efficiency and candidate experience
- Establish recruiting best practices and standard operating procedures for global deployment
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources across multiple markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing recruitment at a rapidly growing BPO or similar organization with multi-site operations
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong knowledge of global talent markets and recruiting practices across different regions
- Hands-on experience with social media recruiting, digital sourcing channels, and recruitment marketing
- Expert-level proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design, implement, and refine end-to-end recruiting processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Deep understanding of current innovations and emerging trends in global talent acquisition
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
