Job Description
Sr Manager driving organizational effectiveness strategies at Sun Chemical, enhancing organizational health and optimizing talent management in a global HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of organizational effectiveness strategies
- Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational needs
- Drive talent management strategies including performance management
- Champion change management initiatives
- Analyze and report on key metrics
- Manage and develop a high-performing global team
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Expertise in building scalable, tech-enabled solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
