Job Description
Workday Reporting & Integrations Lead responsible for integrations and reporting in Workday systems at Fortrea. Leading a team and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure data insights and system connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- The Workday Reporting & Integrations Lead is responsible for driving the design, development, and governance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve data transmission issues, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and report rationalization sessions to understand and optimize reporting requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Proven experience leading integration and reporting workstreams in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Workday Integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
- Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, Custom Reporting and BIRT
- Active Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Studio, Core Integration, Reporting) strongly preferred.
