Job Description
Senior Manager, Market Access shaping reimbursement landscape for Northern Europe. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure sustainable access for genomic technologies.
Responsibilities:
- shape the reimbursement landscape for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) across Northern Europe
- collaborate closely with Commercial, Health Economics, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Regulatory and Marketing teams
- influence payer pathways, deliver evidence strategies and support major product launches
- develop and execute strategic Market Access plans
- monitor legislative, regulatory and HTA developments
- serve as the primary payer contact across the region
- build relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- champion local evidence-generation strategies
- drive the creation and rollout of global access tools
- align internal teams to support reimbursement objectives
Requirements:
- experienced Market Access leader with deep understanding of payer decision-making, pricing, reimbursement and HTA processes in Northern Europe
- experience in at least one of Ireland or the Nordic markets
- expertise in shaping reimbursement pathways for diagnostics, medical technologies or health technologies across multiple indications
- fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a strong advantage
- significant Market Access experience across both pre-launch and in-market products
- relevant advanced degree or extensive practical expertise
