Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager at HG Insights leading events, partner marketing, and digital channels for B2B growth. Join a team focused on AI-driven revenue growth intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end event programs, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, company events, customer events, and partner events.
  • Own event strategy, logistics, expected outcomes, pre- and post-event promotion, and lead capture processes, and post event debrief to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage on-site events in person to ensure effective and efficient execution.
  • Maintain a global event calendar and coordinate event participation across sales, product marketing, marketing and business development.
  • Develop compelling event experiences that support pipeline generation, customer engagement, and partner activation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation to ensure event content, messaging, and assets align with GTM goals.
  • Work internally and manage agencies, from selection, scope, execution, and expenditure, to support event program execution.
  • Manage and measure budget, event performance, ROI, and post-event funnel impact.
  • Develop, help manage, and execute partner and field marketing initiatives that drive regional awareness, partner enablement, and localized campaign execution.
  • Create and manage co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including joint campaigns, partner events, and content.
  • Support field marketing initiatives that drive regional awareness, partner enablement, and localized campaign execution.
  • Coordinate partner messaging, and assets that enable partners and sales teams to effectively represent the company’s solutions.
  • Manage partner communications, events, campaigns, and program calendars working with product marketing, marketing, sales and partner leaders.
  • Manage and measure partner campaign budget, MDF, event performance, ROI, and post-campaign funnel impact.
  • Help support and execution day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, newsletters, and content distribution channels.
  • Own the social media calendar and end-to-end amplification program and operations.
  • Develop and publish engaging content including the promotion of events, product updates, customer stories, thought leadership, best practices, and more.
  • Manage social media planning and social amplification platform.
  • Oversee newsletter content development, activation, and engagement metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on event and partner marketing expertise, with progressive growth in managing events, partner/field marketing, and digital/social media marketing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or at least 5-years of related business experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytics, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple service requests, operational budget, performance metrics, logistics, and outside agencies.
  • Travel to support events, as well we periodic travel to California headquarters and to participate in company and team meetings.
