Job Description
Sr. Marketing Program Manager driving Nielsen’s content-led growth campaigns and marketing operations. Coordinating global teams, workflows, tools, documentation, and KPI tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary program manager for core growth programs, owning project delivery from kickoff through post-mortem
- Independently manage project plans, schedules, and asset trackers
- Ensure functional teams are aligned on timelines and dependencies
- Apply standardized marketing frameworks and processes to core growth programs
- Build and maintain integrated project plans and make dependencies visible across teams
- Facilitate regular program syncs, surface blockers, and synthesize status updates into reports
- Maintain a single source of truth for campaign documentation, including briefs, trackers, and KPI dashboards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creatives, content writers, and events managers
- Drive resolution of operational problems such as capacity constraints and resource gaps
- Improve operational workflows, including intake and approval workflows
- Champion consistent use of project management tools
- Establish and monitor KPIs and feed lessons learned into future campaign playbooks
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in Marketing Program Management, Marketing Operations, or Technical Program Management
- Proven track record of managing independent work products and delivering integrated campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Native or professional-level English proficiency is mandatory
- Extensive documentation in English
- Highly skilled in project management and enterprise tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and GA4 or similar
- Full competency in project management software such as Jira and Smartsheet
- Strong understanding of marketing frameworks and the creative production lifecycle
