Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for multiple concurrent projects and programs
  • Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams to define tasks, estimates, dependencies, and owners
  • Run day-to-day project execution through standups or check-ins, status tracking, risk and issue logs, and action-item follow-through
  • Administer communication and project plans via Pearl's instance of Notion
  • Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution, escalating issues requiring leadership attention with recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation, trackers, and status reporting
  • Coordinate handoffs and dependencies across departments
  • Build lightweight, repeatable project management practices with the Product team and VP of Operations
  • Support program-level rollups so leadership has a reliable view of portfolio health
  • Translate strategic priorities and committed requirements into detailed project plans
  • Actively manage plans, surface risks, adjust sequencing, and keep stakeholders informed

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of project or program management experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of multiple concurrent cross-functional projects
  • Experience at a startup or small company working directly with delivery teams
  • Strong command of work breakdown, dependency mapping, estimation, risk management, and status communication
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • High follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Clear, concise written communication
  • Proficiency with Notion, AI tools, and automation capabilities for program management
  • Nice to have: PMP, CAPM, or agile certification (or equivalent practical depth)
  • Nice to have: Experience in home performance, energy efficiency, climate tech, SaaS, or data products
  • Nice to have: Experience introducing or maturing project management practices
  • Required to answer application questions about hands-on experience in lieu of a cover letter

Benefits:

  • Medical, vision and dental coverage provided at no cost for employees and their families
  • Option to purchase upgraded coverage at a minimal cost to employee
  • FSA, HSA, and dependent care accounts

  • Paid parental leave
  • Flexible work environment
  • High autonomy and broad responsibilities
