Job Description
Analista sênior de observabilidade na Ipiranga, marca brasileira que facilita a mobilidade. Evolução de monitoramento, confiabilidade e performance de aplicações e infraestrutura.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of the company’s observability strategy
- Ensure end-to-end visibility, proactive monitoring, and high reliability across environments and applications
- Support incident identification
- Optimize service performance
- Enhance the user experience through modern observability solutions
- Implement and evolve observability solutions for applications and infrastructure
- Create and maintain dashboards, metrics, logs, traces, and alerts
- Perform application instrumentation and end-to-end monitoring
- Define and track availability, performance, and reliability indicators
- Analyze incidents and identify root causes
- Administer Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, and AWS CloudWatch
- Support technical teams in adopting observability best practices
- Automate monitoring processes, integrations, and routines
- Document standards, procedures, and solutions for the department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Advanced experience with at least one enterprise observability platform: Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Elastic, Zabbix, or AppDynamics
- Solid knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Distributed Tracing, and modern observability practices
- Experience developing and instrumenting applications in Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, and REST API environments
- Knowledge of microservices observability and Kubernetes platforms, including AKS, EKS, GKE, and OpenShift
- Experience with metrics and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, and Elastic Stack
- Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, Zabbix, or AppDynamics certifications are a plus
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud certifications are a plus
- Experience implementing large-scale enterprise observability platforms is a plus
- Experience with AIOps, Event Management, and intelligent event correlation is a plus
- Knowledge of Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring is a plus
- Experience with SAP observability platforms is a plus
- Experience with FinOps and observability tool cost optimization is a plus
