Job Description

Senior Operations Manager leading audit programs in healthcare for client savings and revenue goals. Responsible for training staff and collaborating across departments for corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures client savings and internal revenue goals are achieved
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of the audit program
  • Provides regular program updates to clients and senior leaders
  • Understands/manages staffing needs, tools, and training requirements
  • Works across functional areas/departments to achieve corporate/division goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in clinical auditing
  • Minimum 5-8 years or equivalent work experience in clinical auditing/supervisory
  • Minimum 2 years of Healthcare experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in excel, word, and outlook.
  • Excellent people management skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
  • Able to train and delegate.
