Job Description
Senior Operations Manager overseeing operations at TaskUs. Focused on performance, billing, and PNL in a customer experience environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business operations including performance, billing, and PNL
- Weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads
- One on one coaching and development with team members as needed
- Meet with Senior Management and clients to continue business growth
- Responsible for interviewing Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts
- Promote department culture
- Ensure that KPIs are being met and solve business problems through innovation
Requirements:
- Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience environment
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience managing supervisors
- Coaching and developing teammates
