Job Description

Senior Operations Manager overseeing operations at TaskUs. Focused on performance, billing, and PNL in a customer experience environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day business operations including performance, billing, and PNL
  • Weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads
  • One on one coaching and development with team members as needed
  • Meet with Senior Management and clients to continue business growth
  • Responsible for interviewing Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts
  • Promote department culture
  • Ensure that KPIs are being met and solve business problems through innovation

Requirements:

  • Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience environment
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Experience managing supervisors
  • Coaching and developing teammates
