Job Description

Senior Operations Specialist at McGriff Specialty, providing guidance to insurance team and managing operational projects. Focused on client service and agency operations excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to teammates across the retail insurance organization
  • Manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals
  • Add efficiency, and drive excellence in client service and agency operations

Requirements:

  • College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • P&C Insurance License
  • Business insurance experience
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications (a plus)
