Job Description
Senior Operations Specialist at McGriff Specialty, providing guidance to insurance team and managing operational projects. Focused on client service and agency operations excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to teammates across the retail insurance organization
- Manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals
- Add efficiency, and drive excellence in client service and agency operations
Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- P&C Insurance License
- Business insurance experience
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications (a plus)
