Job Description
Prozessmanager bei LM IT Services, Analyse und Transformation von Geschäftsprozessen. Beratung, Automatisierung und KI-gestützte Digitalisierung für internationale Kundenprojekte.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, organizational structures, and responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation
- Develop target processes, organizational models, and transformation roadmaps
- Plan and facilitate workshops with business units, executives, and management
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation and artificial intelligence
- Support the implementation of digital solutions and ensure the sustainable adoption of new ways of working
- Collaborate with technology and subject-matter experts
- Advise executive management, department heads, and business units
- Manage complex digitalization and transformation projects
- Present results, recommendations, and decision proposals to management
- Further develop methodologies, best practices, and consulting services
- Support presales activities and workshops, and contribute to the growth of the AI & Processes business area
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in process management, organizational management, or transformation
- Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Experience leading workshops and projects
- Understanding of digitalization, automation, and modern technologies
- Strong consulting and communication skills at both specialist and management levels
- Experience with process mining or process modeling
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Copilot
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management
- Experience in consulting or IT services environments
- Knowledge of AI-enabled process optimization
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Structured and self-directed approach to work
- Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and transformation
