Job Description
Senior Product Manager at Precision Nutrition developing a Premium Membership and Coaching Software. Leading product strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the Premium Membership program for coaches
- Develop the Coaching Software product to better support clients
- Create a coherent roadmap based on product vision and customer insights
- Collaborate closely with various departments including engineering, design, and marketing
- Establish product metrics and feedback loops to measure success
- Manage product performance indicators related to user engagement and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience leading product development for a SaaS, membership, subscription, learning, marketplace, professional tools, prosumer, or workflow-based product
- Demonstrated ability to turn product vision, customer research, features, and requirements into a focused roadmap and development plan
- Experience working directly with internal engineering teams to ship product improvements, features, and user experiences
- Strong product judgment around sequencing, prioritization, tradeoffs, scope, and user value
- Experience owning product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, feature adoption, usage, satisfaction, or customer success indicators
- Strong written communication, including product briefs, requirements, roadmap rationale, user stories, and internal alignment documents
- Daily, meaningful fluency with AI tools as part of your product workflow
- Comfort in a flat organization with distributed authority and integrated decision-making
