Job Description

Senior Product Marketing Manager at Clever responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and product success. Leading complex product launch initiatives and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully drive, lead, and scope GTM initiatives, identifying and anticipating challenges to meeting schedule/deadlines and using strong judgment to resolve them
  • Develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging that significantly enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Integrate advanced storytelling into all core assets.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training and enablement tools, actively facilitating and coaching team members and Sales/GTM partners to articulate the product's value effectively.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform marketing and business strategy. Raises hypotheses and designs research and experimentation programs aimed at resolving key business questions.
  • Mentor and support other PMMs and cross-functional partners to navigate complex GTM challenges.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with a proven track record of successfully owning and leading multiple complex GTM campaigns for B2B or consumer products
  • Demonstrated expertise in data synthesis and analysis, with experience driving business outcomes through data
  • Experience telling engaging customer stories with internal and external stakeholders; you are a skilled storyteller as much as you are a marketer
  • Experience balancing perfectionism with pragmatism in a growing environment
  • Experience distilling technical products, such as an API, to a general audience
  • Creativity in tackling business opportunities
  • Proven ability to coach team members, provide strong organizational support, and gain commitment from senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • An interest in working on complex challenges in education
