Job Description
Product Marketing Specialist leading product marketing and content strategy for B2B SaaS platform in wealth management. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across multiple buyer personas and market segments
- Build and manage a comprehensive sales enablement library, including battlecards, case studies, ROI tools, and sales scripts to support complex B2B sales cycles
- Create high-quality thought leadership content such as ebooks, whitepapers, and industry reports based on research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews
- Plan and develop educational webinar content, including topics, scripts, presentation materials, and follow-up assets to drive lead generation
- Write and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, campaign messaging, and persona-specific content aligned with marketing and sales objectives
- Track content and campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine messaging strategies and improve pipeline impact
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy within B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Strong background in sales enablement, including creation of materials that support multi-persona, long-cycle B2B sales processes
- Expertise in conversion copywriting using established frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS, StoryBrand) and adapting messaging for financial audiences
- Experience producing long-form content (5,000–10,000 words) supported by research, data synthesis, and industry insights
- Knowledge of wealth management, financial advisory, compliance, and regulatory environments, including familiarity with industry terminology and concepts
- Ability to manage multiple content and marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot and Google Drive for content organization and sales enablement
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking performance metrics such as MQLs, downloads, and pipeline influence
