Job Description
Product Marketing Manager in rapidly growing EdTech company focusing on growth via monetization experiments and A/B testing. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize web funnels and drive metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Run A/B tests across funnel steps (onboarding, paywall, upsell), from hypothesis to analysis
- Drive ARPU growth through pricing and monetization experiments
- Create, own, and optimize web funnels across traffic sources
- Analyze funnel metrics, identify gaps, and improve conversion
- Work cross-functionally with design, dev, analytics, and product to launch and iterate
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization (web)
- Hands-on A/B testing (full cycle: hypothesis → launch → analysis)
- Strong funnel metrics understanding (CR, ARPU, LTV)
- Experience with subscription products
- Data analysis and analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4 or similar)
- Hypothesis building and impact validation
- Basic UX and CRO understanding
- Market and competitor research
