Job Description
Senior Product Operations Manager at CData transforming product operations into an AI-native organization. Overseeing architecture and automation for product development and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- AI-Native Product Lifecycle Transformation: Redesign and operationalize the end-to-end product lifecycle to embed AI across planning, design, development, testing, documentation, support, and release workflows
- Product Operating System Architecture: Define and evolve the architecture, tooling, and systems that support an AI-native product lifecycle
- Build and deploy automation and agent-driven workflows that reduce manual overhead and increase execution speed
- Product Intelligence & Decision Systems: Build AI-assisted roadmaps and launch communication systems that connect product strategy through execution and go-to-market delivery
Requirements:
- 8+ years of demonstrated success and impact in an Ops or Product Management role
- Exceptional candidates from adjacent disciplines will also be considered
- Comfortable designing, prototyping, or directly building AI-enabled workflows using modern tooling (LLMs, orchestration frameworks, APIs, automation platforms)
- Strong analytics experience (BI tools, experimentation frameworks, SQL, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with a strong affinity towards storytelling with data
- Experience scaling operating systems in multi-product SaaS environments strongly preferred.
